1.2 Annual Subscription Commitment
When you purchase an annual membership to The War Room:
Your payment is final and non-refundable except as provided in this policy
You are making a binding annual commitment

2. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP – STANDARD NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
2.1 Membership Model
The War Room operates exclusively on an annual membership model for access to our high-end
events platform. All memberships are billed annually at the time of purchase and upon each
renewal.
2.2 Standard Non-Refund Circumstances
Annual memberships are non-refundable for the following reasons:
Personal Preferences:
Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Dissatisfaction with events, content, community, or services
Lack of time, interest, or engagement
Personal schedule conflicts
Relocation or travel preferences
Already consumed or accessed content
Inability to attend specific scheduled events
Service-Related:
Perceived lack of results or value
Changes to Services, events, or content
Service updates or modifications
Event schedule changes or format modifications
Technical difficulties on your end
Forgotten or lost login credentials
Incompatibility with your devices or software
Your failure to meet minimum technical requirements
Usage and Engagement:
Non-use of the Services
Failure to engage with content or community
Lack of participation in events or activities
Violations:
Termination for violation of Terms and Conditions
Breach of the Non-Disclosure Agreement
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Violation of community standards
Sharing confidential or proprietary information
Financial and Administrative:

2.3 NDA Obligations
Your obligations under The War Room Non-Disclosure Agreement remain in full force and effect

Whether a refund is requested or granted
Whether your membership is active or terminated
The reason for membership termination
Any disputes regarding payment or services
Breach of the NDA may result in legal action and forfeiture of any potential refund

3. CIRCUMSTANCES ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND CONSIDERATION
3.1 Mandatory Refunds – Billing Errors
We will provide full refunds for verified billing errors caused by our systems:
Eligible for Immediate Refund:
Duplicate Charges: Multiple charges for the same transaction due to our system
malfunction
System Overcharges: Incorrect charge amount due to technical error on our part
Post-Cancellation Charges: Charges occurring after we confirmed your cancellation in
writing

B. Serious Medical Incapacity
Requires physician certification of incapacitating condition

C. Military Deployment
Active duty military deployment orders required
Deployment must exceed 60 days

D. Incarceration

3.6 If a Refund is Granted

Pro-Rata Refunds:
When applicable, calculated from the date of qualifying event (not request date)
Based on remaining unused months of membership
Minimum processing and administrative fees may be deducted
4. AUTOMATIC ANNUAL RENEWALS
4.1 Auto-Renewal Terms
Annual memberships automatically renew each year unless cancelled before the renewal
date.
Renewal Notifications:
We send renewal reminder emails at 30 days and 7 days before your renewal date
It is your responsibility to monitor your email and renewal dates
Ensure our emails are not filtered to spam
Check your account regularly for renewal dates
Failure to Receive Notice:
If you do not receive renewal emails, it remains your responsibility to track your renewal
date. However, if we fail to send the required 30-day notice and you contact us within 14
days of an unnoticed renewal charge, we will consider a refund request on a case-by-case
basis.
4.2 Renewal Charges
Renewal charges are non-refundable except as provided in Section 3.
Standard reasons that do NOT qualify for renewal refunds:
You forgot to cancel
You didn't see or read the reminder emails
You changed your mind after renewal
You accessed the Services after renewal (even briefly)
4.3 Preventing Future Renewals
You have THREE OPTIONS to cancel your membership and prevent future renewal charges:

You will receive immediate email confirmation

Important Cancellation Terms:
Cancellation must be received before 11:59 PM CT on the day before your renewal date
You retain access to Services until the end of your current paid period
No partial refund will be issued for the remaining time in your current membership

Cancelled memberships cannot be reactivated at the current price; rejoining requires a new
purchase at current rates
Your Responsibility:
You are responsible for ensuring your cancellation is received and confirmed
Save your cancellation confirmation email
If you do not receive confirmation within 2 business days (for email cancellations), follow
up immediately
We are not responsible for email delivery issues, spam filters, or your failure to monitor
communications, but we will work with you if you can demonstrate you attempted to cancel in
good faith
5. BILLING ERRORS AND UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
5.1 Legitimate Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part, we will issue a full
refund. See Section 3.1 for details.
5.2 Unauthorized Fraudulent Charges
If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization:

6.2 Consequences of Invalid Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback for a legitimate purchase (where no billing error or fraud
occurred):

Your account will be immediately suspended
Access to all Services will be terminated
Your membership will be cancelled without refund
Legal and Financial Consequences:
We reserve the right to pursue collection of the disputed amount
Chargeback processing fees (typically $15–$100) will be added to the amount owed
We may pursue legal action for breach of contract
We may report the matter to collections agencies
You will be permanently prohibited from rejoining The War Room
Important: We track chargeback patterns and share information with fraud prevention
services. Invalid chargebacks may affect your ability to do business with other
merchants.
6.3 Valid Chargebacks – No Penalty
You may file a chargeback without penalty if:
Your payment method was used without your authorization (identity theft/fraud), AND you
filed a police report
We charged you after you received written confirmation of cancellation
We charged an incorrect amount due to our system error
You contacted us first about a billing error and we failed to resolve it within 30
days
For Valid Chargebacks: Contact us first. We will work with
you to resolve the issue and you will not face any penalties.
6.4 Chargeback Investigation Process
If you file a chargeback:
We will receive notification from our payment processor
We will review your account and transaction history
We will attempt to contact you (if you haven't contacted us first)
We will provide evidence to the payment processor
The payment processor/card issuer makes the final decision
If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, you remain responsible for the original charge
plus any associated fees.
7. SERVICE OUTAGES AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
7.1 Service Availability
While we strive to provide consistent, reliable service, The War Room makes no guarantees
regarding:
100% uptime or continuous availability
Complete freedom from errors or interruptions
Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or systems
Accessibility from all global locations
7.2 Standard Service Issues – No Refunds
No refunds will be issued for:
Brief service outages (under 24 hours cumulative per month)
Planned maintenance windows (with advance notice)
Internet service provider or infrastructure issues beyond our control
DDoS attacks or security incidents
Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions)
Your personal internet connectivity or device issues
Browser or device compatibility issues
7.3 Extended Service Outages
For extended service unavailability:
Scenario 1: 7–13 Consecutive Days Down
We will provide a service credit extending your membership by the outage period
Service credits have no cash value
Scenario 2: 14+ Consecutive Days Down
You may request a pro-rata refund for the outage period, OR
We will provide a service credit extending your membership by 1.5x the outage period
Choice of remedy at member's discretion
Requirements:
Outage must be due to our system failures (not force majeure or third-party issues)
You must document and report the issue during the outage period
Request must be submitted within 30 days of service restoration

8. CHANGES TO SERVICES OR PRICING

No refunds will be issued due to service changes, except:
If changes substantially eliminate core advertised features without replacement
In such cases, members may request cancellation with pro-rata refund for unused portion

8.2 Pricing Changes

For Current Members:
Price changes do not affect your current annual membership term
New pricing applies only at your next renewal date

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

9.2 Termination by The War Room
We reserve the right to terminate your account for:
Violations:
Violation of Terms and Conditions
Breach of Non-Disclosure Agreement
Fraudulent, abusive, or harassing behavior
Illegal activity
Sharing proprietary or confidential information
Impersonation or unauthorized account access
Payment Issues:
Non-payment or payment reversals
Filing invalid chargebacks
At Our Discretion:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion
Upon Termination by Us:
Your access ends immediately
No refunds will be issued
Your NDA obligations remain in effect indefinitely
You will be permanently prohibited from rejoining
You may be liable for damages if terminated for cause
10. THIRD-PARTY FEES
10.1 Non-Refundable Third-Party Fees
The following fees are non-refundable under all circumstances:
Payment processing fees charged by payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
Currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider
International transaction fees
Wire transfer fees
Cryptocurrency transaction fees
Bank fees
Any other third-party fees
Important: Even if we issue a refund (including for billing errors), third-party fees will
not be refunded as they are charged by third parties outside our control and are not
recoverable by us.
11. TEXAS CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS
11.1 Compliance with Texas Law

(DTPA) and other applicable Texas consumer protection laws.

If modification is not possible, the provision will be severed
All other provisions remain in full force and effect
14.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of this policy does not constitute a waiver of that
provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized

14.4 Survival
The following provisions survive termination of your membership:

Liability limitations

14.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this policy. We may assign
our rights and obligations without restriction, including in connection with a merger,
acquisition, or sale of assets.
